Multimedia Designer

Job Description

The Multimedia Designer is responsible for creating engaging and innovative visual content across various platforms, including digital marketing, social media, video production, and the latest AI platforms. This role requires proficiency in a range of multimedia tools and collaboration with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality work that aligns with the company’s, its clients’, and affiliates’ brand identities and objectives. This role will wear many hats within the marketing function, taking ownership of media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Responsibilities include implementing strategies, designing, writing copies, and executing or publishing content.
Work Hours:
This role requires working during Australian business hours or as may be required by the company, clients, or affiliates. Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
  • Develop and produce animations, graphics, illustrations, and video content.
  • Create visual assets for marketing and digital marketing campaigns, social media, and web platforms.
  • 2. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with executives, designers, writers, and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute projects.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas.
  • 3. Tool Proficiency:
  • Utilise industry-standard software including:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Cinema 4D
  • Blender
  • Final Cut Pro
  • Unity (for interactive content)
  • End-to-End Media Platform Management:
  • Take ownership of media platforms from strategy development to execution.
  • Schedule posts, recommend written content, and publish across various channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Ensure the overall look and feel of media pages or channels align with the brand’s vision and objectives.
  • Develop and execute a 6 to 12-month design with content plan to maintain a cohesive and attractive media presence.
  • Qualification

  • 2-5 years of creative experience in an agency or corporate setting.
  • Proven track record in working on marketing/advertising campaigns and projects.
  • Understanding and past experience in creating integrated creative content across all marketing channels, including digital, social media, paid media, videos, as well as offline and print (e.g., brochures).
  • Demonstrates strong written communication skills, ensuring clarity and precision in all design-related documentation and copy texts.
  • Exhibits high attention to detail, consistently producing polished and accurate design work.
  • Proven experience with concept development.
  • Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
